Would not recomend. Management is indecisive in enforcement. I pay for a premium lot that was suppose to include lawn maintenance they burned the grass up with fertilizer and said it is my problem paid $1500 to replace. They allow neighbor because they own anotheir lot to operate a tree trimming business out of house they do not maintain and have nightly oartys outside with employees blocking the street and my drive. When I complain I am told to write letter that managment feels they are good tenants not to mention trash can full of garbage left out front with work trucks that have flat tires. Lot rent and water bill goes up every year. Many people moving out due to poor maintenance, high cost and lack of concern by management. Do not consider this park you will regret the investment Nothing like because you temporarily shovel snow into street while moving the rest the snow removal guy comes by honks his horn, flips you off then deliberately pushes the snow off the street not just the bit I placed but the entire area up my drive and my neighbors who is elderly and I shovel for blocks my truck and takes off. Have recorded on house video cameras. Manager response I will talk to. Took 4 days to get this pitiful response. Demanded apology from driver non given.

Trailers are dirty. Yards have to be kept up but what about the trailers and there skirting. Ugh!

Dont ever move to this neighborhood! Dirty nasty neighborhood! Ps watch your water bill they rip you off. Only 20 years of them ripping us off!
