This place schedule a 9:30 appointment for us to view the location.Upon arrival there was a speaker and keypad to enter the gates.I pushed on leasing and it calls the office I assume.A voice message comes on and it was all jumbled and very low.So I pulled up and parked behind some cars.There were about 5 parking spots between both gates.Had my son go inside the office to ask where we could park.The lady says in any free parking spot.Thing is there wasn’t any free parking spot.After my son goes in twice to ask and the lady not understanding there was zero parking available I put my hazard lights on and go to the office.I explain I have a 9:30 appointment to view a place and need to park.The lady comes out looks around like what to do.I said well how about all the spaces right in front of the office?She said sorry anyone that parks inside the gates area must be a resident.I’m still standing there like ok what should we do then?She looks at a maintenance man to ask where he thinks I should park.He’s looking at the 4or 5 spots that are taken (some of them were handicapped as well). After establishing I have zero place to park I say that’s ok we’re just going to leave the lady says ok.The end….

I just moved in last week, and Myke the maintenance guy, was the most helpful to me. Moving is hard and he was always pleasant and more than willing to go out of his way to help me with any issues I was having, and made me feel as though I have made a good decision moving here. I have lived in this community for about two months now and I really love it so far. The location was perfect for what I was looking for and although the price may be higher than other rentals, I do believe that you get what you pay for. The amenities are cleaned often and the landscaping team they contract with takes good care of the property. The home itself is equipped with smart technology, has a modern layout, and even a dog door and decent-sized yard for my 2 dogs. This is exactly what I was hoping for in my rental of choice. The office staff manager, Maria, is absolutely amazing. Ever since I was interested in this place from my initial tour date, she has been nothing less than an absolute joy to talk to. She is friendly, personable, and every time I walk into the leasing office she knows who I am without an introduction. She is responsive, diligent, and treats everyone with such care. Even the maintenance technician, Myke, is quick and efficient! Something I have never experienced before in other rental facilities! The service alone makes CTC Greenway such a great place to call home. I absolutely love it here, and I think you will too.
