Orion Lakes is an excellent place to reside. The homes are “beautiful and modern”. Not to mention the staff including office personnel and maintenance, they extend excellent customer service “at all times” they are attentive and efficient. Especially Tara, I want to say a “special thank you” to Tara for making the transition stress free and for making me feel welcomed. I would recommend Orion Lakes to friends and family.

It is not a base charge. The usage depends on how much your rent is. If you are using more or have leaks that could be why it is more. I agree i wish they had the usage on there but they are working on that. You can contact the Water department and ask them. They are the ones who are reading the meters. The guy is pretty cool and he informed us that they are waiting for the township to switch the park over to the city water so hopefully that will improve the quality too

Hi Kathy, we do allow subleasing at Orion Lakes. Any interested person will need to submit an application with the community office that includes a background and credit check.
I have no clue, I was just visiting my grandson who lives there. I do know that they have been doing some fixing up in that trailer park
Lot rent is $525.00 but with water, sewage, trash and a couple other fees its comes to about $588.00. Thats just lot rent its more if you need to rent the trailer too.
4 months .Nothing ,"Did everything required . Emailed and called several times After being told within 30 days . Its a joke .Do Not refer anyone as it is a Lie . NO RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. NOTHING!!!!! Go Figure. One of the Worst Parks in Oakland County. If you Add the Dump Smell and Terrible Water . Probally the Worst.
Around $800 -$850 for the new ones being put in now. New owners just fyi look over and they are making a TON of improvements!! Been here for over a year and very happy.
Community Yard Sale dates do vary year by year. They are twice a year once at the beginning of Summer and the second towards the end of Summer. You can expect to receive notices in regards to the Community Yard sale this coming month June 2018. The second yard sale is typically held in August. :)
Yeah but when you go on the first day of open enrollment for school of choice, the second you say you live in Orion Lakes they tell you enrollment is full. Pretty convenient... Oh and check out the school district map. Notice how the boundary lines conveniently cut out only the Trailer Park from the Lake Orion School District. Complete B.S. and the Pontiac School district is a joke. If you have or are thinking of having kids and would like them to receive an actual education, I would definitely not recommend moving in here.
