The set up for the Halloween stroll was pretty decent. My only complaint was there was no direction to where to line up to buy the light up toys. Customers and myself started a line ourselves and we had 3 families cut in front of us. It's pretty rude when those people can clearly see that me and my daughter was next in line plus there was already ppl waiting being us. The seller at the counter should have directed ppl where to line up because he allowed those families to cut with their several children..on top of that we also had to wait for those children to decide what toy they wanted. It was really frustrating and the only reason I didnt say anything is because I didnt want to cause a possible scene at a family event.

My daughter and I went to Halloween Stroll at Canterbury Village. Its a decent display for Halloween. I was almost stolen from by the woman behind the counter at the MI Oily Cottage. I gave her a $20 bill to pay for my purchase. I was trying to to find some change to give her and while doing so, she distracted me to grab a packaged bracelet and while my back was turned, the $20 bill was no longer on the counter. She claimed she didnt know where it went. Some of the performances are cheesy. When we left the event, we had to walk through a completely dark parking lot to locate our car. We wont go back to this place.

Dogs are welcome to walk around Canterbury Village outside, including during events, as long as they are on leashes and owners pick up after them. But they may not be able to go into the buildings. For example Yates can't allow non-service dogs due to health codes. The individual small shops will each have their own rules, due to being independently owned.
Last i knew they did allow dogs both in and out of carriers

Website should tell you. If not call. Not seen any information on it
Don't know about the times. We went to a wedding. There has to be something for times on google.

Canterbury Village has cars shows of different types every summer, with the 2019 lineup so far including Corvettes (June), the Mancini Racing Car Show (July), and Jaguars (August).
As Dr. Bruce said there are campgrounds within a half an hour drive. Also there are several hotels within that same distance.
Gift shop, Christmas store, glass store, miniature house store, cider and donuts, pub, restaurant, carousel, and maybe one more shop.
Not sure if they are open on Thanksgiving Day. I love Canterbury. My wife and I go there alot, walk around, drink cider slushies and buy tons of Christmas ornaments and villages. It is a magical place.
