I guess they are under new management because the customer service is outstanding. I will continue to order from here just because of that. I believe the manager said his name was Charles, he was super friendly and helpful.

Aaah yes, "FINALLY".... customer service without an attitude, but with polite conversation and a smile. Not only was my order correct, but Kristen had it ready for me in a timely manner...no long lines and not a long wait. Two thumbs up for Pizza Hut on Skidaway👍👍.

Everytime we order pizza hut we have Ms. Willamina she's so sweet and so kind my son and nephew loves to see her when she's comes. And she's also quick with our delivery as well. We love you Ms. Wilamina!!!

Ordered pizza at 10:20 p.m. because they said delivery was open until 11. Got a fairly small order. It is currently 12:50 a.m. and I have still not received my order or even a text or call.

May be why it closed for a time
You're lucky I ordered a pizza and waited for 3 hours and never got it we called 4 times during the 3 hours they said it was coming the first 3 and the fourth they said I never ordered it by then it was 11:30,and I was hungry.
They have been on the decline the first few times I thought they were just having a bad stretch but I see now it's a pattern I really don't like Papa John's but they do deliver when I don't have transportation
I don't order from this spot often, but could they not have boxed up the food in a different way?

I'm not sure I had this problem a few times at this particular store with the order not being ready when it was supposed to be but the employees weren't rude or anything like that so I just chalked it up as a honest mistake although it is aggravating especially when you're on a tight schedule but for the most part they are okay,but whenever you lodge a complaint nobody ever get back with you to discuss it.
