Great lab! Mark is always very pleasant to speak with, and very accommodating. Highly recommend Drake for other dental offices.

Wow! Extremely professional, highly skilled, and overly clean. Dentist asked me to go by Drake to get a shade and I was a little worried about the unknown. When I got to the Drake lab, I felt at ease. The employees were considerate and genuine. I will be requesting Drake for all future dental services.

If I could give zero stars I would. After sending it back four times they still didn’t get it right! My dentist said that a 1st year dental student should be able to do this work. I decided to cut losses and find another lab. And as for your response... I am fully aware that I told the dentist that I was happy and left. I was embarrassed for him! If you were to ask him if I’ve been back to his office, he would tell you that I haven’t. And just so you are aware, I am very familiar with how things work in a dental lab! Your craftsmanship and skill are lacking!

Full service dental laboratory serving the greater Charlotte area for over 40 years. Great place to work.

It varies, you will have to check with a doctor's office. We do not deal directly.

Hi Diane, I'm sorry to hear about your tooth! Unfortunately, we can't fix your denture directly. We have to have a Prescription/Work Order Form from a licensed Dentist asking us to do so. Your steps would be to go to your existing one or one close to you and have them send it us for the repair/replacement. I hope this helps! Best Wishes!
