Why when you order a pizza 6 hours before time and get there it’s not done and they have very poor customer service I see why they don’t have a lot of employees this store is very unorganized

I'm not sure I had this problem a few times at this particular store with the order not being ready when it was supposed to be but the employees weren't rude or anything like that so I just chalked it up as a honest mistake although it is aggravating especially when you're on a tight schedule but for the most part they are okay,but whenever you lodge a complaint nobody ever get back with you to discuss it.

And dirty
