This is my second time ordering from Chik fil a in the past week, both times items were left out. The first time was a drive thru order they order and I had to turn around to go get my food. They corrected it apologized that time. The second time was a delivery order, they left out an order of fries and the large order of fries they did include was barely halfway full (pictures included) it truly seems the issue at this chik fil a is quality control.

I placed my order through the ChikFilA app and opted to use the drive thru. The drive thru has been reconfigured in the parking lot, and it no longer blocks other businesses as much. It took quite a long time to get through the drive thru, as I was there at a busy time of the evening. Friendly employees, good food, but just plan to be patient in the drive thru.

AWFUL CARRY OUT! Placed my order via the Chick-fil-A app at 6pm. Drove the restaurant & checked in at 615pm. At 645pm, my order was still not ready. When I asked the young man at the window, he told me he didn't have it & made no effort to find out what was going on. Meanwhile, the drive thru that was doubly wrapped around the building had been cleared out, the people going inside & ordering were coming out with food, & multiple people who came to carry out after me, got their food. Only after I went inside & grabbed a manager, told her about the time & being told a list of excuses was my order ready.

Absolutely the WORST cfa I’ve ever been to in my life. All of the workers are incompetent and I literally had to show someone how to ring up my order and add a reward to it. I worked at a cfa for years and am absolutely mind blown at how poorly managed this one is.
