I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who was working the drive-thru on this day. From the beginning of our transaction to the very end she was so pleasant so professional and really took care of her guests. The food was fresh and hot I'm a huge White Castle fan but this day Krystal was really appreciated

I’d give zero stars if I could. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get service at the Krystal off Bee Rd in Savannah. Literally sat at the microphone to order for 8 mins with nobody in front of me in line. Two cars behind me gave up and drove away before I finally did. Drove around the restaurant only to see the staff sitting inside doing nothing. This is at 6:30 pm on a Friday. How the ownership is making money is beyond me. Go at your own risk. You probably won’t receive service.

What the 1st thing that is always put out the window after your payment is made? Your drink. I did not get one. My fault for not waiting and holding up the line any further. This food could have been better. Guess I know why Crystal's everywhere are closing. Thanks for not providing the service you should be giving.
