Poor management and maintenance
I don't even eat ice cream from Krystal's, I go to Wendy's for the frosty or Stone cold for a milk shake the ice cream at stone cold is to creamy " for me" but I can do the milk shake or I'll take a long ride to Statesboro Georgia for baskin & Robin oh yes!! But I agree with Latonya Woodberry
