The all around staff to include always family oriented welcome greetings and excellent mechanics services from Mr. Ed and Mr. Tommy. I'm very grateful for their consistent expertise experiences.

One of our “go-to” bike shops for repairs and gear. Our rep today was super helpful but didn’t do so hot at helping out putting shoes away… she chews the cardboard instead. 🐕

Knowledge at best! These guys are fantastic, they carry most of the parts you need to do your own maintenance plus the materials and tools. New bike, old bike no problem they must likely will have the part… other boutique LBS when you ask for parts they look at you like if you are asking for a spare part from a space shuttle and at the end they don’t have it (aka Bikeworld) …. Plus their service prices are very competitive!!!! Give these guys a chance you will not be sorry! 👍🏻

Not sure if they do. Give them a call.. They are pretty good with customer service.
Not sure. They might. It never hurts to stop by and ask. They have a great crew. Good luck.
They do, but due to covid there is very little bicycle inventory
You can shop online for bikes and parts, not sure about helmets specifically.
I don't believe they pick up. I don't think i have heard of any shop in the area that provides pick up.
It just depends on their work load
Yes.
The haro master seties! Only 1400$
It depends on what you mean by "restoration". If you're talking about repainting a frame or repairing broken materias like metal or carbon, they won't be able to provide you with that service. But if you're looking to replace any broken parts to "restore" your bike back to working condition, then, yes, they'll assist you with that. I hope this helps. Give them a call if you need additional information.
I would recommend you reach out to the Thousand Oaks location. If I'm correct, they'll accept some used bicycles, but they'll have to inspect and value it. I hope this helps. If you need additional information, feel free to contact them. They're always helpful.
