The campground is nice and well maintained. We enjoyed the short hike there and our one night stay. We came here late on 4th of July weekend but there were still campsites available.

Do not recommend! Our SUV got stuck on the “road” into this place, cost us $300 to get pulled out. And our tow truck guy pulled 2 other cars out that same week (one was a Ford 150!). He’s local and said he’s never even seen this campground. Stay away!

Backcountry camping should be free. Period. Too bad this isn’t National Forest Land.
