Place is awful and going down hill. I can see why they are closing 8 of there stores. First look at all recent reviews. They are all bad experiences and this is no different. Had to reschedule twice for a delivery cause there track your driver link only sends when they are two mins away every single time. I call them five min later. Said they left and I'll have to reschedule. Twice it's happened and honestly it's starting to become a joke. You literally need to hug your phone the whole 4 hour window they give you or you miss them. I would rather drive to kalkaska then deal with this reoccurring. Noticing other reviews, all negative about there delivery.....they need to do some major software changes. I just called and they couldn't even tell me where the order was at? They said all they could tell me was that I was on the list....so I gotta cradle my phone tight for another four hours or miss my delivery opportunity.....just ridiculous. Would really not recommend delivery if you can avoid it.(order #2) Another order and another fail. I missed my delivery cause apparently my phone number got put in one number off which is wierd cause I use the same number every single time. So now I gotta wait another four hours and hope they get the right number now after calling three times. These people are a joke. Never got a email like usual nothing . Would not recommend they sound professional but they gotta major execution problems for delivery.

My absolute favorite place to go when it comes to flower! They have great deals on so many things. Love the edible deals and the loyalty program. Thank you for making things affordable, and hiring people that are very educated and able to answer any of my questions 😀

ordered thru their delivery service on wednesday (07/13), did not receive order the first day because we weren’t told delivery stopped at 4:30 as it’s not listed on your site. called store the second day (07/14) to schedule delivery, we were told that we would receive order before 1pm as we were the 3rd people in line for delivery; order was never delivered, no one even came to our house. we called this morning (07/15) and we were told we were the 7th people in line for delivery today even though we hadn’t received the order yesterday; you’d think we’d be higher on the list seeing as we already waited two full days. i do not recommend anyone to order thru lume delivery service unless you want to wait 2 days for a service that doesn’t come or is inconsistent. we ended up having to drive from TC to Honor to pick up our order ourselves & were charged more in store than what was originally stated.
