My experience here was as good as it could have been . The man who helped me had a very no nonsense attitude which I appreciated and he replaced the battery in my watch in what must have been less than five minutes. Thank you for your help.

Call them first, before going over and discuss the watch. They may need to special order, if they can. I haven't needed that service.
