My daughter and I decided at the last minute to get our nails done. It was 45 mins till closing, and the employee still welcomed us to come in and she would take care of us. I appreciate the kindness and hospitality she gave us that day. She did an amazing job on both of us! I will definitely be back.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here. I got a full set of acrylic nails yesterday and every single nail on my right hand was filled until I bled because the skin on the sides of my nails were being filled. The technician sprayed my hands with alcohol after and then put nail glue over all the cuts, my hands were burning. What upset me the most is that the tech was laughing while saying sorry when I was paying, it wasn’t funny. And today I woke up to an infected cuticle on my right hand pinky. Will not be back.

I'd give this place a zero if it wasn't for the lovely gentleman who did my pedicure . The problem was with the female who did my niece's nails. She freaked out after my niece had told me several times while she was doing her nails that she wasn't happy with what she was doing. The lady proceeded to do what she wanted and started to yell at my niece loudly. She made her cry and said she was crazy because she did what she asked for. Even though several times my niece told her in the process that it wasn't what she wanted. Unprofessional is an understatement at the least. She had everyone in the salon looking at my niece crying and yelling she was crazy. To add insult to injury she didn't even remove the nails she had put on. Instead she chopped them off right above where her fingers ended. Needless to say she had to pay someone else to remove the mess she had left of her nails. Highlight of the story is she went to Midlands Nails in Omaha and they did an outstanding job on her nails! So I guess if it wasn't for mean lady she never would have Midlands Nail. Highly recommended by the way. Will never step foot in Top Q Nails again!! And that's me being a nice person!
