My wife & I are planning to sell our home in Greenville in May this year. Well me & our realtor aren't far off in our price opinion, but enough that I think it would be worth it to spend some $ for a more exact figure. How much would this cost? Avg.

Hello! I understand exactly what you mean & I believe what you are looking for. Give or take $300 & I can complete in about 3 or 4 days unless you are in a rush, then I can try to finish faster. Alot of owners will leave copies out in the kitchen for potential buyers to look at (if you list close to what I put on appraisal). I would love to help!

Do you do appraisals in Easley? If so, how much on average would you charge to do a FSBO pre-listing appraisal? Im in a neighborhood with no HOA, maybe 40 homes, roughly 2000 square foot house on about .35 acres.

Yes I work Easley and the Piedmont, Pickens County, Anderson County, Greenville County areas. I can't give an exact price without an actual address (don't recommend you post that here publicly either), but from what you just told me, I'm guessing ~$300. Maybe ~$275 minimum. Not sure what others would charge you but I'm almost certain I could handle in maybe 3 days for $300. Hope that helps! Call me if you have any other questions.
