The wait times are ridiculous, this is our second time at this hospital and the second time we've waited over 6 hours just to be seen. We haven't even made into a room yet. I had a seizure when they were trying to take blood and was convinced I needed to be here, despite literally begging to leave. That was 5 hours ago and I haven't even done any paperwork. If I need to be here so bad why am I waiting 6 hours in a waiting room? Not to mention the waiting room is disgusting. Literally someones HAIR on one of the tables. No one keeps you updated. No one checks on you. Most of the staff are bored and uninterested in what you have to say or what is going on. I came to this hospital because of its higher rating. It is undeserved.

I do not recommend this place.some staff is good but the other half is lazy.my dad was there for 2 weeks and he couldn't walk.he had to go to the bathroom so I hit the nurse button and it took someone atleast 5 minutes to show up.im glad he wasn't having a heart attack.
