Do not go here. Office is horrible! Tried to make an appointment for my thyroid and office will not make an appointment until you FAX them patient record release form. I did fill it out and send them a picture of it and emailed them back and they said it has to be FAXED. Who owns fax machine nowadays? Even explained to them I have the test results just need to come in but they will not schedule you until the form is faxed. When I explained to them I dont have fax machine, they told me to go to the local library and fax it to them. Ridiculous. I have been to many drs offices and usually you sign them when you go in for the appointment especially when you have the copy of the test results. Do not go there or you can waste your time to find the fax machine to fax them the form. Im going to different dr.

Dr. Chon spent a lengthy amount of time explaining everything in detail to me. He is very patient and kind. You can tell he actually cares about his patients. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know! So happy I finally found a doctor who is professional in demeanor and so helpful!

First appointment with Dr. Chon was a huge disappointment and waste of time. Waited more than an hour and a half without clear indications by (unfriendly) staff as to the time he would be seeing me. Any professional and ethical office would have advised by phone call or email as to the delay. After nearly 2 hours, I decided to leave and to search for another endocrinologist. I do not recommend this office or doctor.

I was very happy with Dr.Chon but just hold he is no longer with the Morristown clinic. Does anyone know where he is practicing now?
