Love the people at Patewood. When I came there I was traumatized by what had happened to me, one day I was walking the next I wasn't. Come to find out staph infection had got into my blood stream and had absess on back plus other things. The people, CNA'S made me feel at ease and calm. Therapy there is Awesome!! Got me up and walking. I would highly recommend them any day!! Thank you all

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE HERE THEY KILLED MY GRANDMA! CNAS ARE LAZY!!! EVERYBODY IN THERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

CNAs are lazy, this one literally told me “I don’t take trash out at my own house, I’m not about to here either.” “I don’t get vitals, I’m just here”. The old DON never answered her phone, residents meds go missing, narcs and meds on the carts. This is a very toxic environment with a bunch of lazy people, and the residents suffer. Don’t bring your love ones here.

We had a great experience at Patewood Post Acute when a family friend we help went there for rehab after a hospital stay! The transition was smooth. The staff was attentive and therapy was excellent! Summer W. was so helpful with detailed review of medication on admission and discharge. She was available for questions and provided immediate attention when needed. Vandelta was an amazing CNA! Lesley in social work helped us in discharge planning which was tricky because we moved to a new facility. And there was a super sweet nurse - maybe Mary - who took good care of her and helped me follow up on some lab work! AJ the transportation gentleman got her to several appts and helped get her to a new facility smoothly. The facility was always clean and staff was friendly. Thank you for a good experience!!!!!!

No
No no no..get them out we had a horrible experience there.
No if you do it's through a window. I was told outside then no, outside and no.
Private
Absolutely not!! My mother is there and I'm doing everything I can to get her somewhere else. Some of the staff there are nice and they do their job but others seem to want to chemically restrain their residents. My mother wears hearing aids and they've lost one of them and refused to pay for the one that they lost. They've lost her false teeth. They are very poor at communicating with each other. Like I said there are some good workers there but unfortunately there are many lazy people there as well. I would not recommend anyone with a loved one place them in that facility for short or long term.
