Was hear to have a full knee replacement surgery and to rebuild my femur. Really bad car wreck almost a year ago. The nurses on 2nd floor were so good to me and my husband. Thank you for care and friendly support.

5 hours and still not evaluated. My 81 year old father is in end stage CHF and currently short of breath, edema, pain in his legs from this. His tiny little legs have doubled in size from the fluid plus his socks and shoes along with his pant legs are soaked thru. Hasn’t slept in over 40 hours. I’ve watched so many people walked back with a cough. What does it take to give the utmost care for our elderly? Certainly not Prisma. I implore you to avoid if at all possible.

Howser Doing

It is 12:47am. My wife and I have been in the ER since 2 PM in the waiting and the surge hallway. It’s loud and smelly. The worst of all sorts humanity have made there way past us throughout the day. I understand the hospital can not anticipate every situation. What I don’t understand is why after 3 hours in the waiting room and 9 hours in the surge hall we are moved to another hall which is in Pod while the CDU sits empty. There are rooms there that my wife could finally have a little piece. It’s not a staffing issue because there are four nurses and one tech that could actually move there and tend to patients but here we sit in the hallway of POD C like MASH unit after a battle. The nurses have been great. We saw one PA, who was good, but never a Doctor. My wife did get the antibiotics, that did save her leg but it shouldn’t be like this. After all this time she needs rest which is terribly difficult to get in a loud hallway.

My son is 6 we waited for a doctor to come in the ER room for 6 hours and none showed up they just kept saying they where really busy. Well my baby crying because his tummy is hurting so bad, but the doctor couldn't take 5mons to come and check in on him so after 6 hours we left and went somewhere else.i will never go back here again with any of my babies..
