Encore is bordering on dysfunctional. trash rules are not enforced. trash piles up by the cans in the garage and by the trash chutes on every floor - PEW!! also, the pool has been closed a majority of the summer. SAD! nothing works here - the call box, the garage doors, even the staff (often not present during posted office hours). this place needs help. AVOID!!

Updating post ad as I’ve been living here for three months. Very disappointed. Blinds, fridge, toilet, shower not in good working condition when moving in. Broken fridge/freezer, still having troubles even after three months? Emergency Maintenence number didn’t work when tried it. Golf simulator hasn’t worked since I’ve been here, pool has been shut down for most the time about every other week, trash rules not followed by tenants so smelly hallways. Staff was very friendly upon move in but has changed dramatically. 😞 Asked other tenants in building and they had same experience as soon as they experienced a problem and needed customer support. Seems like they are spread too thin.
