I love living at the Ritz Classic! It's very affordable for what you get. I know the rents may seem high, but they are everywhere right now. The rates here are lower than most of this quality and the additional charges too. My last place was just as nice with higher rent, higher internet cost (internet here is twice as fast), and higher parking. All of this with not nearly as nice of appliances. The location is awesome! You're right by some amazing restaurants (if you haven't been to Fresh Donuts & Deli down the street GO) and anything you want to get to is a 10 minute drive or less away. The staff is super friendly and the complex is almost always clean. Some long weekends you'll see elevators a little dirtier than usual, or dog park overflown with bags, but it gets cleaned up very quickly. All in all the apartments are very cute, internet is fast (so if you game, work from home, or like me do both it's perfect for you!), and they are very pet friendly. I couldn't be happier with my choice :)

Been here for a month and a half and I truly enjoy my little apartment! It’s beautiful, set up nicely and I have an amazing view. However the hallways of this complex are absolutely disgusting!!! I have seen tons of bodily fluids on the floor today I seen something absolutely disgusting! It definitely makes it an extremely difficult and uncomfortable situation to be living in or around. The dog park is super kept up on it’s always clean the pool and gym are beautiful and kept clean as well. There is definitely tons of pros but the cons are very big and it definitely messes with the nice living situation. Also trash shoots here are an absolute mess! People definitely aren’t considerate of their neighbors and it really shows it’s sad. Other than that I enjoy the ritz classic apartments, but improvements are definitely needed! Respect your neighbors and each other and keep your environment clean y’all fr!!!
