The financing department said that the only way I could buy a car was through their financing, even though I had my own letter of approval from Bank of America. I ended up finding out that it was a lie after I purchased the car at a higher interest rate than my bank was offering many days after. I found that frustrating and very unprofessional. Edit: After contacting their “please call us so we can fix this team”, they told me they didn’t do anything wrong and this is how everything is supposed to work. Edit 2: Brought it for the “complimentary service” that only includes oil change. After waiting while sitting in an uncomfortable chair for 4 hours, their “service assistant” said to my face that an oil change takes 3+ hours to perform. Apparently, there are so many costumers that they do not need to have respect or desire to keep their costumers.

Exceptional sales person, typical finance mgr, professional yet a touch of unnecessary arrogance, Service person Crystal also exceptional..but I will never buy another car there due to Service Tunnel. Takes forever, enclosed , one lane, claustrophobic, fumes, today after lunch cars in line backed out of Tunnel. I left.. love car, but Subaru is a viable option next Just left Coastal again, waited 20 minutes in line, only 3 cars ahead. Crystal called while waiting in car?! I Bought a Brand New Hyundai Sonata, Sales Guy Diego was the Best I Have Ever Had, He Was Soo Knowledgeable and Friendly. He Did Whatever He Could To Help Me Get Out of 99 Tacoma. I want to share my experience with Coastal Hyundai Service Department. I purchased a 2022 Tucson from another dealer and had a package that covered my tires as well. Got a nail in my tire and was planning a drive to Orlando today. My dealership pretty much said they couldn’t get me in today. Coastal said come on in…we will get you fixed up. Not only did they fix my tire but they did my maintenance check/oil change as well. I will be cancelling my oil appointment at my now old dealership. They just lost a customer and Coastal gained one. Very professional and went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your valuable service today.

Mine had to be recalibrated. They did it at no charge. Of course, my car is only 6-7 months old.
