Made an appointment for prepaid oil change and tire rotation that was at my convenience. Check-in was matter of minutes, air filter was due for change. After Inspection was determined new one was not needed. Service completed in reasonable time. Over all experience is highly satisfactory.

Service department went above and beyond my expectations diagnosing and repairing my leaky sunroof. The drop off and pickup shuttle service was a huge help!

My husband and I were in search of a third vehicle, preferably a Grand Cherokee, to use for our growing family. As soon as we parked we were greeted by an associate, Richard, who was ready to help answer questions and show us different vehicles on the lot. He was very helpful in showing us all our options without putting any pressure on us to make a decision. He made the process painless and we left that day with exactly what we wanted. A couple days after taking the vehicle home, Richard followed up to make sure all was going well and to answer any other questions we had. Overall it was a good experience and I would highly recommend Gator to a friend.

They have been servicing a Crossfire and 3 Town & Country vans for my wife and me for the last 13 years, and we couldn't be happier about how they've treated us. Very professional. They know what they're doing.
Ya. Customer service is way down. Or Dodge needs to make a better product. There's a Dodge dealership in Vero. Haven't heard any thing bad there.
Ask to speak to the mananger.
Buying parts for my dodge. Great place, fast and precise.
Wow! Thanks for heads up! Now my experience was minor I had my dodge towed there by car Shield the biggest scam artists! I needed my transmission replaced Dodge gave them all the info they needed for them to do the job. And they still denied the claim.so thank u for advice on the dealership. And I'll ask u to please never get or refer anyone to car shield they r a horrible insurance company
I believe you can go express, but, don't hold me to it.
7 am or you can drop the vehicle off night before. Gray box on wall has envelop for key.
Masks. Otherwise I don't know. You can sit outside if you want. Indoor lounge sometimes full.
If you disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for a minute will clear the code if you don't have a scanner. If the code returns go to a place like Autozone and they can check it for you no charge.
Roger did all the work on my Crossfire, I suspect he is also certified to work on a Viper.
Having worked on many cars and boats all I can suggest is to Google the problem and see what comes up. Make sure you mention the model and year. Without a Chiltons or Hays could not suggest where to start. With all that said. Can you open it by hand if you use your key? If yes it maybe something related to the power to the lock.
