We bought a tahoe from Boniface Hiers Chevrolet at the end of August 2022. I still do not have any information on making a payment. I have called the dealership at least 5 times over the last 2 weeks because they told me my first payment would be due on October 1. Will, finance guy, has not bothered to return my call, even once, to give me the information. I have left my name, number and reason for calling 4 times. The operator has been more helpful than will! We told Will (when we bought the car) we intended to pay this off as soon as we had payment information. It is not because they are so busy! When we were there there was one other person there and it still took over 4 hours to complete the purchase. IT was unreal! Each day that goes by, my interest accrues. So, either Will is not interested in doing his job or Boniface is collecting interest on this purchase and does not wish me to pay it off. If I receive a late payment on this I will update this review. Again, 4+ Weeks of interest.... and a potential late fee. Be Careful if you purchase here, it will engulf your day no matter how fast you choose a car and I would definitely recommend you do NOT finance your vehicle with them. As you can see, service after the sale has been non existent. Our sales rep, Blake, from their Kia dealership was awesome!
