The drive through gets half of my orders incorrect..and not on the good side. Half of my orders are always short of something that I paid for. Today the person at the window handed me my bag and said “Thanks, have a good day!” I asked if I might have the drink that I paid for. Seems that you can’t have fast and accurate too. They need to take a little more time to insure accuracy of your order. Please, open you bag and inspect your contents before you leave this place. Additionally, why do they have to keep monkeying with the menu? They have ruined what used to be a great kale salad…not sure what this thing is now they call kale. Seems to have a lot of cabbage in it. Is there a Chick Fil A corporate rule that once a menu item becomes popular like the Cool Wrap, cole slaw and carrot salad that it then has to be removed from the menu?
