This location is supposed to be opened at 7:30. However, we all, the line of 6 people came in at 7:52, 22 min late. That would be ok, because I love the ladies who draws blood. They are very nice and professional! However, the front desk lady with blond ponytail was absolutely rude and her face turned red and her lips turned white, when she was talking to me. And I only asked her if she called me to the front desk. I hope they hire a better help at the front desk because the front desk is the face of the company

Took my 1 year old to this location today for some blood work, the techs Cici and Dee were so were efficient and compassionate. True professionals and made a hard situation for a baby a great experience. Thanks ladies, I appreciate all you do!

I love the older light skin lady and the lady with the mohawk. This other woman with the ponytail and color on the ends of her hair like a brown was absolutely rude!! I work in the medical field myself. If I see with my own eyes you're uncomfortable with something, I'm going to ask you not to do it. I'm familiar with the other two ladies but not this one. Her attitude was disgusting. You cannot get mad if a parent feels uncomfortable with you doing something to her child. All I said was I feel more comfortable if the lady I'm used to dealing with does my child's blood draw, the lady got defensive and said if it's a problem like we were on the streets about to fight or something. Very disrespectful and I will be calling corporate, I'm going to be respected and not talked to like a dog.

Front desk is a total B that communicates very poorly. She asks for things that don't make sense. I can't read your mind. Then you have to do a double checkin at kiosk AND desk or she yells at you later if you didn't. Have a shred of compassion. You work here 8 hours a day. I'm here for 10 minutes.
