I ordered for delivery and after about an hour I called to ask why my order hadn’t left the store. I was told they were having a hard time getting drivers and they would request another driver. After 30 minutes I called back and offered to come get the food myself since a driver still hadn’t gone to the store to pickup the order. They were very nice and understanding to my frustration. When I got to the store, they promptly brought my order out, offered me a drink (I didn’t order one with my meal), added cookie dough flautas to the order and refunded me fully to make up for the inconvenience of me having to wait so long and then drive there. They didn’t do anything wrong and it was not their fault that they couldn’t get a driver to pick up the order but they were still so nice and accommodating to the inconvenience anyway. Very pleasant experience!

My wife called in our order and gave her name. We went to the pick-up spot for in-car delivery and waited the 10 minutes we were told our order would take. After 20 minutes we called and were asked for a name. Nothing was found under our name and then we were asked if we were calling the right store. Of course we were. Finally, after asking what we had ordered an order with no name on it was discovered. After another 10 minutes someone came to the car an collected payment in the wrong amount. We were shocked at the amount but paid, but then found out when we got home it was because the order was somehow doubled from what we called in. Everything about our order was botched.

Flautas are so small now and the food doesn't taste anywhere as good as it use to. Hot sauce are all really sweet, not like they use to be. The people working there were nice and the place was clean but it's changed so much that I don't think we'll be going back. You can't even get a flautas with mixed meats anymore. That sucks! They need to go back to the way it use to be or they'll loose more people then just us!☹️
