They have been servicing a Crossfire and 3 Town & Country vans for my wife and me for the last 13 years, and we couldn't be happier about how they've treated us. Very professional. They know what they're doing.
I have not had any problems with them. I have been dealing with them for over 30 years the only problem I ever had was with my Dodge Caravan which was back in 1995 that's the only problem I ever had that ban was a true lemon. Other than that I've never had a problem
I thought they were fantastic, working with a guy with very limited time, resources and a 470 credit score at the time. To put only $1000 down on an SUV with 6 miles on it while they were friendly and entertaining my children while waiting ... they are great people you may have just met one bad egg honestly. Service tech came out introduced himself and assured me he or many other professionals like him work at this location and should I need anything give them a call right away. Also gave me a business card for a shop service manager
Service writers and service manager are garbage and deceiving. Service techs are incompetent. Don’t expect any customer service
Yes it is but I feel loke the full dealership is
Not at all
They have their moments. I have only had issues with their service department. The rest has been great
My experience with the Gator Dodge dealership in Melbourne has been excellent. Handling warranty issues and scheduled maintenance. Above expectations for an American made product. Make your appointment in advance if possible. Highly accomodating service advisors and van transportation available for area customers. I can only tell you what my experiences have been.
