Places look really cute but within 3 days of moving in we had a leak under the sink. Within a few months we have had our ac broken for over a month toilet makes a high pitched screeching sound. Shower is extremely difficult to change the temp. And the garbage disposal is broken. As well as an excessive amount of bugs in the apartment.

The WORST apt complex I’ve ever experienced. The management is not professional at all. It feels as if the apartment is a scam so expensive yet not the best place to live in. Move in date was not ready Got dirty carpet and they took 2 months to change it. Whiled I lived in the living room all cramped up paying 1400+ a month for a 1 bedroom. Do not recommend renting here on the other hand maintenance was on top of stuff.

I had a great experience with Carlos Navarro in property maintenance. I experienced a leak from the pipes in the Apt located above mine. Carlos came over to assist and troubleshoot. He took care of everything from providing time estimates to the plumber to vacuuming the drywall, paint and dust from the floor before he left. He is a professional and truly cares about providing a timely and correct solution.
