I don’t know how this post office only has 2.2 stars. Friendliest employees I’ve ever met. All of them are very smart and do their best to get you the best deal to securely ship your packages. Love the bountiful post office!!

The best Post Office ever You can get service!!!!! I don't know why people complained. Wonderful women work there providing great exceptional business. Two times they helped me to find lost packages I shipped and several times they delivered to me mails where shipper had missing data in my address but they delivered them to me anyhow!!! They have strong intention to help and make customers happy. Thank you!!

They Never answer the phone!!! Today I called and the phone rang over 8 minutes. That was the first call and the subsequent calls were NOT answered either. I was kicked out of the phone call every time. NO call pickup! NO answering machine! No help! Period. They should either shut this office down or hire enough people to truly be of help to the public. Waiting on line is hideous too. Cannot get into the National USPS number either as their wait time is 35-48 minutes. If you cannot get helped locally, you are held hostage either way! Typical government agency, but this is ridiculous at best! GO TO THE NO. SALT LAKE POST OFFICE WHERE YOU WILL GET FAST, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT SERVICE even though their office only has ONE employee; he runs rings around Bountiful P. O. They also have problems with stopping your mail on time even when you ask them to hold your mail when on vacation. I always stop it 2 days AHEAD so I can call and tell them NOT to deliver mail on the day they were supposed to have stopped it. This has happened multiple times over the last year.

In person they are good. When I called it took me to an 800 number where I wasted 30 min of life to get no where and had to keep googling for a number or drive up there.UPDATE THE PHONE NUMBERS KEEP HANGING UP SO I HAVE TO GET UP AND DRIVE TO THE LOCATION. Why have a number?

They do in fact do passports at the Bountiful Post Office
Yes you can. You need to go to the post office and fill out a form with your guest. Your guest can also do that at their post office which might be easier to set up. Good luck!
It shouldn't affect mail, except in holiday times. We've noticed no slowing
I don't believe there is a post office in Woodscross. There is one in NSL and one in Bountiful
