Manager and Assistant Manager have been amazing to work with. I've been assisting a family member move-in on housing and the manager was a HUGE help communicating with Davis County Housing Authority and made the process as smooth as possible. The home was in good condition at move-in and the few items that did need attention (which would've been difficult for a maintenance technician to notice) were quickly taken care of. VERY IMPRESSED by the service!

Springwood Apartments is an income restricted property which means you must meet income requirements in order to qualify to live at our community. as of January 2020 our maximum income limits range from $35,00 for one person to $55,080 for a 5 person household. We are proud to call Springwood an affordable community for our residents. We are an income restricted property which means you must meet income and other requirements in order to qualify to live at our community. To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria to qualify all applicants which we would be happy to cover in detail if you'd like to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our leasing agents.
Reserve a storage unit for $40 a month.
In home washer and dryers are available for $30 a month.
The qualifying process is relatively simple, you just need to come by the office to complete the application and provide verifying documents like pay stubs and bank account information to meet our qualifying standards. Once you submit your completed application and documentation we can usually get your application qualified in 1-2 weeks. Sometimes there is a hold up getting employers to complete their verification, so if you can help us with that it could even go quicker. Stop by the office and we can fill you in on more details to make your application process as easy as possible.

There is plenty of parking for renters and guests
We ask for an initial commitment of 12-months for new move ins. We do not offer short term leases.
