I have only been here for ten months and never had heat or AC. When I have informed Management, they just give excuses for why they can't--or won't--fix the problem. I have also had other problems with my unit that have been ignored as well. Do not rent here!

I am so disappointed. I’m not coming on here to be a Karen but we are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with these apartments. First off. When we signed the papers, we were paying for about 1300. Our first rent was 1500. They left out charges that we would be paying for to make the price lower (so it seemed) No cleaning was done in the apartment. The entire apartment had coloring on the walls from the kids that were there before us. The bathtub was absolutely HORRIFIC. We had black mold in both bedrooms. And not to mention the cockroach infestation. We couldn’t even keep the door open to move in because we constantly were stepping on cockroaches. When we addressed this, they had told us we were gonna get sprays (we had to pay for) monthly. All of a sudden they stopped coming after just 2 sprays. They then let us know that we have to continuously ask them to be put on the list (which they NEVER mentioned.) the power constantly goes out from a shortage problem and told us we would have to pay for it though the first night we moved in the power went out. They also leave earlier than when the office is supposed to close , for no reason. All the time. Communication is horrible. My ghetto apartment in slc was more worth the 1300 we were actually told to pay for. This place is NOT worth the money. I would save the money for a different place. Absolutely awful. If I could give -5 stars I would.

My aunt lives here and I really like The Park Apartments! The location is great and it's always quiet and peaceful. The parking lot is well lit at night and I can always find a space to park. The neighbors seem nice and the maintenance is fantastic! Tim has really stepped it up in the maintenance department. He is very knowledgeable about household repairs and is quick to respond to a ticket order. He's also sure to complete a job fully before moving onto the next. I highly suggest a raise for that guy because maintenance can truly make or break an apartment complex! That's all-great place to reside!

I've lived at the park now for almost 5 years and I've seen the leasing office staff come and go, but I have to say now that Noah and Amy are here they have been the best management team we have had! They are very easy to work with and always care about the residents and quick to respond with any issues. Shout out to you both for being the amazing people you are! One favor though maybe brief the maintenance team on having a little more respect for people's apartments and cleaning up after themselves and leaving them in the condition that they found them in? Thanks for everything!
