Can’t remember the last time I’ve had a good experience here. The workers never greet me and always seem rude. I’ve also had my reel serviced here and it came back in non-working condition. This is because they don’t do their service in house, they have someone else do it for them. I had to wait a couple of extra weeks for them to fix it without compensation. The reel cam back worse and more stiff then before. Also had a rod tip “fixed” but the tip came loose before I could even use it. Just stay far away from this place.
