I had a wonderful experience with Dan’s Fans North Palm, after a so so start. It wasn’t ever the service, it was the product. Thei, a beautiful Asian (Vietnamese) woman went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my fan. I’m truly grateful for their awesome customer service. So many places just don’t care if you are happy or not especially once they get your money. Not here! She worked with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I did. Thank you Dan’s Fans! I’m a BIG FAN 😊

We had been looking for ceiling fans at various box stores and online. Our last stop was Dan’s Fan City in NPB, FL. We should have made this our first stop. The manager of this store was wonderful, she helped us pick out 3 beautiful TroposAir Fusion ceiling fans and then she recommended a wonderful electrician, Marclite Electric. We are very happy with our purchases and the next time this will be our first stop.

The lady who worked there was very helpful. I needed a match a fan from another client. They're able to match that fan and had it in stock which I wasn't expecting so that was a pleasant surprise.
