Fred is the best at listening and diagnosing my vacuum cleaner issues. I used the old one for another year, even though the canister bottom was cracked (just too expensive to replace). I made the unfortunate choice of bringing my dyson cordless here for an overpriced battery replacement of $150 Once I received my vacuum back from fred, i realize he replaced my dyson battery with a cheap battery from china. My vacuum began overheating and no longer worked for more than maybe 10 mins tops. I brought it back and asked that he please correct the issue and he gave me a hard time, While also doing his best to convince me it must be a clog in the vacuum, (Even though he claimed to have already taken apart and cleaned the dyson and its housing unit thoroughly) among many other elaborate excuses. I brought it home for the second time, none of the issues have been fixed and now my spin brush is also broken. What I thought would be a simple fix just cost me a few hundred for a new vacuum.
