The hotel is terrible, the whole hotel smells musty, to sleep I had to sleep with a mask, the sheets are not changed, when I went to take a bath some of the towels had hair, everything was dirty, I went to complain and the receptionist said that every 5 days they clean the room wow, I would not go back to that hotel too much it smells bad

Amarillis in any hotel you should not leave any of the hygiene and personal hygiene products within the reach of cleaning people nor should you leave anything of value. As much as it is the best 5-star hotel. I hope it will serve as an example for next time
