These people are complete SCAMMERS! I booked them through AirBnB where they're called "At Mine". All my mom wanted to do for her 70th birthday was to go to the beach but because of hurricane Ian that had to be postponed. They have a change dates option so I go and request to change the dates to November and they immediately declined and told me that they had a non-refundable cancellation policy to which I clarified that I was not looking to cancel but to change the dates as they have the option to do so. They said they were not willing to negotiate any dates and then I would lose my money. It's easy for them to decline when an unexpected category 4 hurricane appears and lands in Florida for the first time in the whole season because they know it's free money for them, it's clearly not advised and most flights are cancelled anyway. These people didn't want to reason with me whatsoever because they're all for your money, they don't care about your wellbeing or your stay. I will be taking this to small claims court for false advertising as they offered the option to change the dates and however they decided to decline every request regardless of availability. Never seen such irresponsible management and customer service.

Price is good but to get yor deposit money back is a mission, to get a hold of the number they give you is impossible and when they answer they dont help you

Do not waste your time and money. There is no front office and to talk to someone it takes about 50 minutes for them to answer. They say they have early check Available but they don't leaving u waiting for hours and on top of that they dont refund u for cancelations so I lost money cause I had to go somewhere else
