Couldn't ask for a more caring and committed group of people! The care is great, their commitment to the community is even better! The Covid vaccine clinic that they set up in King Middle School is wonderful. They made my vaccine experience swift, efficient, and compassionate. Super nice folks.

The staff doing COVID screening should improve on her customer care service. She talks to patients in a condescending way.

The staff is very kind and caring. They are kind and good and competent. I have liked and felt safe with every staff member I have interacted with at Greater Portland Health. However, this place is impossible to get ahold of on the phone. Leave a voicemail and they might call you back, but it's a toss up. I went to the dental clinic a week ago. I spent over an hour waiting for a ten minute appointment. They prescribed an antibiotic, told me it would be ready in a half hour. I went to the pharmacy only to find out it was never called in. I spent the next week calling them. I called more than ten times. Not once did somebody pick up the phone. Several people called me back, but nothing got done. They were confused about who I was, why I was calling. Finally, seven days after my appointment, they called me and told me they would call it in. Find a different health care provider.

After having a medical emergency YESTERDAY: Terrible service - literally the worst doctor’s office I’ve been to - and I’m from Los Angeles. Called ahead to let them know I’d be late and when I got there the receptionist told me the doctor wouldn’t see me, but that I could wait for an indefinite period of time to see if someone didn’t show up - the goddamn waiting room was empty. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable- I will NEVER see this doctor (“DR” Megan Waterman) or office again Also: I left them a voicemail for a medication refill and they *finally* got around to calling me back about a month later. Christ - worst center I’ve ever been to. Cleanliness and professionalism is egregiously bad.

Yes, just call and ask your primary care doctor and maybe they can refer you to a specialist. They may have you go into the emergency room and get x-rays. Maybe have a family member help you in.
