I considered hiring Liberty Bell, but I ended up going with a different company because of Liberty Bell’s policy about “bad reviews”. There is a full page in their estimate that is dedicated to letting you know that if you give them a bad review on any site, you will be sued for defamation of character. Well, that earned them a bad review from me. I’m not their customer, so they can’t sue me. I am 50 years old and smart enough that I would NEVER hire a company that has a policy like this. If they’re so afraid of bad reviews, thank you anyways, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I had to move from New Hampshire to Pennsylvania and they made the transition very smooth- when picking up my things from NH they were friendly, quick and efficient! Coming down was a bit delayed (through no fault of their own) and there was constant communication so I knew what was happening!

Staffing issues delayed the loading and delivery of the contents of our house by a day but it worked out OK for us. The 3-person crew loading the van was very cheerful and efficient and did a great job. The load was delivered the following day and those guys weren't quite as cheerful or as energetic, but they did get it done and done well. Nothing was damaged and there were no issues. The price for the move was fair and far less than another estimate I received. I had paid half of the estimated fee when booking and then had to pay the rest of the bill when the movers arrived before they would unload but I had just received the final bill shortly before that and I would have liked to have seen a detailed invoice for how they arrived at the final price. I felt uncomfortable paying without having the details, but it was explained to me subsequently to my satisfaction and was fair. I would use this company again though I hope I don't have to move again for a long, long time :)

I highly recommend this company. I recently moved and they were quick to respond to my request for information. I was able to book them for the day I wanted. All my items arrived at my new home safely.
