Took my new puppy in for first exam. She got her vaccines and stool checked out. Very friendly staff. The only reason for a missing star is the call and waiting. They have covid restrictions that you call them and they come and get your animal from your vehicle. It took longer than I expected. Due to the calling back and forth. Again great staff. The lady that took my pup was super friendly and loved my pup.

My senior cat was showing all the signs of a urinary tract infection so I called North County Animal Hospital where my cat goes for her annual checkup. As luck would have it there had just been a cancellation right before I called so I had my cat at the vet's office within 10 minutes of my phone call. She as examined, given a long lasting antibiotic shot since she is so difficult to medicate, and we were on our way home within an hour. I know that it was pure luck that we got an immediate appointment and I am so grateful for being allowed to bring her in so quickly. The staff is all so caring and friendly and the doctor phoned me with the test results as soon as they came in. I am so happy with this vet practice and highly recommend it.
