Was having issues with a package not being delivered. Showed up with low expectations. Had a great surprise with friendly service and my shipment being found within minutes! Don’t give up hope, have patience and lead with kindness and things may work out.

Ran me around on a shipment I was waiting for but I ended up driving to the warehouse and found my package. 4 stars because the 1-800 number is a joke they don’t help at all.

I do not recommend it, they are incompetent, I had an overnight package and the next day it showed that it was in its location all day and never came out to deliver, it is always the same story, they should fire the supervisor of this region

Possibly.. but I would check around before you go strictly with FedEx.. they haven't always had the best reputation in town ..just saying. Best of luck with whomever you choose !
