I have been here a few times for other people, but this was the first time for myself. Everyone was very courteous and respectful that I chose to wear a mask during the entire visit. The process was super streamlined from end to end. Tami was an absolute gem when it came time to pick frames and lenses. She made sure to tell me all of the various lense options and the differences between them. When I made a decision, she didn't try to upsell me or anything. Thanks Tami. I will come back here for all of my glasses in the future.

Scheduled an exam for my child. They called back a couple hours before the appointment and said that they had to cancel because she was not old enough at their location. A couple weeks later I called to try to exchange a box of contacts for myself. A note was left for the doctor and they were supposed to call me back later that afternoon. Several weeks later now and I still have not heard from them.

Just wanted to add my 2 cents. The glasses and service that I rec'd were just great. I suppose everybody has different experiences. But I will be returning and this is the place where I will be buying my glasses. I now have 3 pair from the Council Bluffs store.
