Helpful informative and got my vac fixed very quickly

Super polite and nice when I dropped off the sewing machine. Was told they would call with the price for repairs. Nope. That’s ok. Picked it up. Omg. It was awful. Worse than when I took it.. I called. Took it back. I Was berated as he fixed it while I was there. Other people arrived and this guy must be having an awful day because the other women are apologizing like I am and he is just not nice. Maybe it’s an act? Took it home, having all kinds of issues I never had before. Did not address the original issue. He said he cleaned it and adjusted the tension. I never had problems with the tension. After paying $94 and having it worse than before and two fixes, I am afraid to take it anywhere. My upper tension button is now cockeyed and was not before. Yes, the repair guy saw it was off kilter. Did not attempt to fix it. Is it even hooked up to anything they drop it? Was not like that.

They fixed my industrial Singer and explained everything that was wrong. Fast and friendly, definitely will be going back if needed..
