The owner is so kind and considerate. I am going here since last 3 years for shipping and print outs. One day a employee made small mistake of shipping the package to wrong address. The owner gave me overnight shipping free. I can trust them with my documents.

The receptionist was nice and only doing her job, however this is the first time I have been to a UPS store and was not only charged to print a UPS label, but I was charged for the envelope too. She said this is her general managers policy however it shows poor customer service when purchasing ups products and pinching every dime you can out of the customers. Very cheap general manager I presume. I could've printed the ups label cheaper at Fedex, bought an envelope from fedex then realize that maybe I should be shipping with fedex after all.
