I have lived here for about a year now and I really don't have a single bad thing to say. I have had a great experience here! The staff is amazing!! Truly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The building is very clean, I always feel VERY safe, and it's in a great location. It's next to a couple of other nice apartments as well as a jimmy johns, yoga studio and good coffee shop. There's a courtyard in the front of the building, and when it's nice out there's always people outside walking their dogs or hanging out in the grassed area, which is nice- it feels like a little community. We downsized a couple of months ago and came to the 1st floor. The person over our loft sounds as if they are coming through the floor. I have sent several email to the management team with no response. I also went to the office and spoke with the staff. Since speaking with the assistant manager, the person sounds as if they are stomping across the floor. It appears that nothing is being done. This is ridiculous!

Have loved my time so far in this apartment! The staff has been very responsive to issues and we have settled in nicely. The neighborhood is great and it’s near a lot of fun stuff and close to downtown!

I have not had a working dishwasher for over six months. I never received new cabinets and I have been living here for over 18 months and now they have built a "fire pit entertainment" area inches from my ground floor patio with a 12" privacy bush which will grow to five feet in 2-3 years (insert largest eye roll imaginable). So, I now have no patio and can only open my shades if I want to be in full view of their "entertainment" area. This is clearly not a property that caters to working professionals as they could not even provide data on what sort of sound/noise testing was done prior to building the monstrosity outside my apartment. Office staff is nice but it is clear Lincoln Management is very cheap and promotes cheap products.
