Let me start off by saying the cookies are so good!! However, I just stopped by (around 8:30pm) & all of the lights were off, but online it said they were open (until 11pm). I got out of the car and headed towards the door to see if they were open and a customer who was standing outside waiting for his cookies said “if your trying to order from here I wouldn’t” & before I could even respond a employee opened the door and said “who are you?” I told him I was just trying to get some cookies and he closed the door in my face. lol. I’m going to insomnia cookies from now on.

If I could leave zero I would. I placed an order online on 4/6/22 that I was charged for and, though marked as delivered, it was never even made (something that was confirmed to me by an employee when I went up to the location to figure out what was going on). When trying to call the location, my calls were repeatedly dropped without being answered. When I asked for a refund, I was given a director's number because they said they couldn't do it at the store. I have called him twice with no answer and he has not responded to either of my voicemails.

Purchased a half dozen of chocolate chip cookies on 3/11/2022 from the Clayton location. Customer service was great, cookies were addictively great! Went back the same day approximately 3 hours later and purchased another half dozen of chocolate chip cookies (10 year old son loved them also). Cookies were still absolutely delicious, but the young lady who relieved the gentlemen from earlier, gave me what was my most horrific customer service experience ever! Horrible attitude from the beginning to the end! Never spoke back after I greeted her with a hello as I entered and simple just stood there at the counter staring at me. I ordered the cookies and asked for one oatmeal raisin also. She brought the cookies from the back and placed my cookies in front of me and walked away. Never said anything. After noticing that she failed to put the oatmeal raisin cookie in the box, I asked her did she charge me for it, and she yelled at me that I never ordered it. It was truly a *Twilight Zone * type of experience! Grant it, I am a living testimony to the fact that we all have bad moments and bad days, but I've never felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable in a place of business as I did that day. Definitely had me contemplating if I would ever go back or not. Already had marked the Central West End location off my list in early February of this year, because the cookies were so hard. I hope the young lady was just having an off day and that it wasn't her daily behavior.

Rating: 4.0 Stars I am a huge Hot Box fan--just reference my reviews for the CWE location for proof. After a failed attempt to go to Crumbl Cookies, I decided to give this location a try. I ordered online and arrived for pick-up. The space was small, and it is not as nice or complete as the CWE location. There were several customers in the store. When I gave the employee my name, she informed me that they were out of Red Velvet Cookies and did not have my complete order of Gooey Louies! She was apologetic and let me pick other cookies. The cookies were as tasty as always, but they could have been a little warmer. I was somewhat disappointed that the cookies were sitting out on a tray on a wrack and not in a warmer! Oh well. If I am in the neighborhood, I will be back. Otherwise, I will stick to CWE!
