Worst service...Pic #1 is the order and picture 2 and 3 is what I got. For $15 this bowl should simply just look better. I had 4 pieces of lettuce , no queso in my bowl at all, the sour cream was very think and clumped together. The app says chips are not available but when you get there they are, but you cannot use your points for them b/c there scanner won't take it . Called the store once I had seen this but you know what happened NO ANSWER... I will NOT BE GOING BACK

It's your standard Chipotle. I ordered online and my food was ready upon arrival and still hot when I got back to my office. Parking here is a nightmare during lunch rush so don't get your hopes up for a good spot.

Staff regularly close inside dining and lock doors making even app orders difficult to get anyones attention to pick up your order. They don’t have anyone watching the window for pickups, you have to knock on the window to get someone’s attention. Last online order I checked just in case they forgot the salad dressing again and again they forgot to give the salad dressing. When I asked for it they just said they don’t have it so there wasn’t anything they can do, no apologizes and weren’t going to say anything if I hadn’t checked. This wasn’t my personal order so I waited in line again to make another order which took way longer than the chipotle’s in the neighborhood I used to live in (chesterfield location) and they were said they were out of everything. On top of poor service and overall lack of food the place never has chips available through the app, not sure for in person orders. Two stars because it is chipotle but this location is by far the worst and I wish there was a different location closer to me.

I ordered delivery from this location, and it was the worst Chipotle order of all my days. On top of forgetting half the ingredients in the bowl (and tumbling it? Seriously, look at the picture), the guacamole was also literally just crushed avocado with skin mashed in. See the other picture, it's a large chunk of (inedible) skin. To top the whole order, the tortilla was just balled up and smashed together, the chips were stale, and the rice was burnt and stuck together in large chunks. It's so hilariously bad, I believe it was intentional. It's just not possible to unintentionally mess up literally every part possible. Go ANYWHERE else. Go to a different location. Go to Walmart. But don't go here.

I've been there 3 times and YES the workers move in slow motion but they are friendly.
