Great location. Devin at the front desk is awesome! The room was a tad dirty (hair in bathroom corners), the bar Danielle’s was never open. That said the fitness center is well equipped, the courtyard by the pool is a nice place to hang out and read or have some cocktails. The breakfast was fine and the coffee was meh. The Starbucks down the street is closed for remodeling so be sure and verify before you go. We were within walking distance of Half and Half and the Creperie - which I can’t say anough awesome things about! Herbie’s and Oceano are also an easy walk. The parking at the hotel was convenient and $12/day.

BED BUGS! Would NOT recommend this hotel. Pulled back sheets after arriving to my room to find dried blood on the sheets and many hairs. Called to notify desk to move me as they obviously had not laundered the sheets. Moved from room 216 to 321. Woke up at 3 am to a bed bug biting me with blood all over my side. It made sense as the last room most likely had the same issue with the blood stained sheets - meaning it was never cleaned or treated for bed bugs! It’s obvious there is a lack of cleaning at this hotel, which is inexcusable in this current environment. This was my first and last stay at this hotel!

Hotel was nice and clean. It's a great location. Unfortunately the pool was not heated during the duration of our stay so swimming wasn't available which was a bummer. Staff was super nice however.

The hotel was very nice, located in what appeared to be a somewhat affluent suburb of St Louis. It was easy to find, the employees were polite and helpful, and the continental breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfy. However, locating open parking at the hotel on the street was a bit of a challenge, and the hotel itself charges for their on-site parking, which I found to be rather tacky since I was paying to stay at the hotel! In addition to that, their swimming pool was open but far to cold to get into which was a big disappoint for myself and my partner. Had those two things not been an issue, I would give the hotel a 5 star rating. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'd stay there again.

We do not have an airport shuttle. Beside a taxi service, you can use Uber or Lyft also.
Unfortunately we do not have any rooms with a jacuzzis
