Great, Friendly service, first car was smoked in and had a nail in the tire, they replaced it immediately. Car worked great, booked through Priceline and unlike some other rental companies (Fox Rental for instance) they charged exactly what I was quoted. Thanks for a great experience. The lady behind the counter was especially nice.

Management very poor. We were charged for days of rental that was already paid. We were promised a call back from Terrell to settle this problem, but he never settled this disturbing issue nor his supervisor. Do not rent from Hertz. Especially the one in Clayton.

The transaction was very smooth and glitch-free. Counter employee was super friendly and fast. Car was comfortable and well-appointed for my 900+ mile drive to New Orleans and back, surprisingly peppy for a vehicle that got 32+mpg (actual data) throughout the trip. My only concern is that there is no place to park a personal vehicle while I was away on the trip. I will be renting again at the end of November.
